AEON offers 150 sqm space divided into 3 areas for rent fully or partially, depending on the scale and the format of your event. The main hall accommodates from 40 to 50 people if arranged as cafe or theater style respectively, and up to 80 in the whole space.
The lounge area accommodates up to 20 people. It is equipped with comfortable bean bags and has soft lighting to create more relaxed atmosphere. 

The regular time fee is*:

  • AMD 30.000 per hour for renting the whole area (the venue is closed for other customers);
  • AMD 20.000 per hour for renting the main hall 1st floor (the lounge area continues to operate for other customers);
  • AMD 15.000 per hour for renting the lounge area (main hall 1st floor continues to operate for other customers).

* The prices vary depending on the frequency and length of the events. We have flexible price policy: the tariffs are discussed individually. 

Our venue is suitable for:

  • TV program, photo and video shootings etc.

The rent price includes the following services:

  • projector, screen,
  • speakers,
  • microphones,
  • copy/ print machine,
  • coffee, tea and sweets.

Additional services

Aeon can organize coffee breaks with more options (starting from AMD 900 per person) and lunch breaks (starting from AMD 1500 per person) during trainings, as well as full catering with alcohol during more formal events.
